Lifting & Sports-Related Injuries

Pushing through training pain usually leads to compensation patterns that cause entirely new injuries down the line. We analyse your lifting mechanics and combine deep tissue work with tool-assisted scraping (IASTM) to stimulate localised blood flow, clear tissue restrictions, and get you back to the barbell safely.

  • What we look for: Biomechanical breakdown under load, tissue tracking issues, and training volume strain.

  • Common presentations: Hamstring or calf strains, runner's knee, shin splints, hip impingement, and rotator cuff issues.
